Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened skincare devices may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Shipping Costs
